Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At LifeVora, we stand behind the quality of our estate planning services. If you are not completely satisfied with our platform within the first 30 days of your subscription, we will provide a full refund of your subscription fee.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Via Account Settings: Log in to your account and navigate to Settings > Billing to cancel your subscription
  • Via Email: Send a cancellation request to support@lifevora.com
  • Via PayPal: Manage your subscription directly through your PayPal account

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your account and documents until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not automatically renew.

3. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (Within 30 Days)

If you request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the subscription amount. This applies to first-time subscribers only.

Pro-Rated Refunds

After the 30-day period, refunds may be issued on a pro-rated basis at our discretion for the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Service outages lasting more than 48 consecutive hours

Non-Refundable

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Subscriptions after the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period
  • Partial months of service after cancellation
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@lifevora.com with subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and reason for the refund
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (PayPal account or associated credit/debit card).

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.

6. Automatic Renewal

All LifeVora subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period to ensure uninterrupted access to your estate planning documents. You will receive an email reminder before each renewal.

If you do not wish to renew, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.

7. Data Retention After Cancellation

After your subscription ends:

  • Your account will be downgraded to read-only access for 30 days
  • You may download your documents during this period
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
  • You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support
